Discover the exceptional Hatsukokoro Ginrei Ginsan Gyuto 210mm Nashiji Ebony, a premier Japanese kitchen knife that masterfully blends traditional craftsmanship with modern performance. This 210mm Gyuto, or chef's knife, is the quintessential multi-purpose tool for any serious cook, featuring a timeless nashiji (pear skin) finish that provides both rustic beauty and functional texture. At the heart of this Japanese kitchen knife is premium Hitachi Ginsan (Silver #3) stainless steel, heat-treated to approximately 61 HRC. This renowned steel offers the sharpness and fine edge-taking ability of high-carbon steel with the corrosion resistance and easy maintenance of stainless steel, making it an ideal choice for both professional and home kitchens. The blade features a double-bevel grind, expertly executed to be thin behind the edge for outstanding cutting performance right out of the box. The knife is paired with a classic octagonal ebony handle, crafted from a single piece of richly colored, highly polished ebony wood. This handle offers a comfortable, secure grip with its subtle taper and elegant geometric profile, providing excellent balance and a refined feel in hand. The minimalist design highlights the natural beauty of the wood while ensuring durability and usability. With a blade height of 49mm and a weight of 154 grams, this Japanese kitchen knife offers precise control and effortless handling. The spine thickness tapers gracefully from 1.9mm at the heel to 0.6mm near the tip, contributing to its exceptional cutting geometry. My dog loves it
My Aussie loves it and he is a tough chewer as well, so it goes great with his hyper reactive personality. Durability could have been a little better, sometimes I have to take it apart and make sure it’s still in a good position because my dog will pick it up and drop it. With no cushion it did start malfunctioning at about 2 weeks. However, it does still work fine and he loves it even without the movement.
Note if you put it in a sock to protect it, my dog goes dangerous and held the sock and created a slingshot lol.

My Rottweiler loves it!
My Rottie plays with this for hours at a time! He loves it! It fun to watch too! The plastic is high quality and has lasted for 2 weeks, so far. That pretty good for a Rottie toy! He loves the lights,
vibration, and the fact that it rolls away. So fun!

Pass on this one.
It's hard plastic, which doesn't make for a fun experience for either the dog, or our floors. It doesn't stay charged for long either. I wasn't impressed at all...and neither was the dog.

Best dog toy ever
So good I bought another. My dog is obsessed with this. The only downfall is after she has chewed it a bit l, it becomes sharp to open
