Bodegas Los Frailes ligt 80 kilometer ten zuidwesten van Valencia en is een familiebedrijf sinds 1771. Het oppervlak waar wijn wordt gemaakt bestaat uit 10.000 m2. De oude ondergrondse kelder is van voor 1800 en in het nieuwe deel, gebouwd in 2000, werkt de familie Velazquez met de nieuwste technologieën maar ook biodynamisch in de wijngaard. Ze laten natuur haar gang gaan en grijpen zo min mogelijk in.
