I took this shot on the coast of Mykines Island, part of the Faroe Islands, but a few years back, when we were in Iceland, there was a small museum and wildlife center that had a rescue Puffin there that my older son had the chance to play with. Bright and beautiful, almost cartoon looking, Puffins are such happy, sweet little birds. It is my goal to inspire people through my art, reminding us all once again of the beauty in nature and just the simple beauty that surrounds us every single day.
