Upon the coast and the cliffs of the Faroe Islands, I captured this gorgeous image of this Highland Cow. I learned these cows are one of the gentlest creatures out there, and as I sat with them and grabbed this image, that was definitely confirmed. Highland Cattle are one of my personal favorites. I can't get over how cute they are and how adorable their messy manes carelessly fly around, leaving these beautiful golden brown, carefree creatures extremely disheveled looking. Freedom at heart. I mean really, what is not to love? 

This image is extra special to me, for it is not just a picture of a cow to me but a constant reminder to chase my dreams. A constant reminder that we all can. Read my post about it here in my journal.
