"boyd's new book is layered and smart . . . It's Complicated will update your mind."--Alissa Quart, New York Times Book Review "A fascinating, well-researched and (mostly) reassuring look at how today's tech-savvy teenagers are using social media."--People "The briefest possible summary? The kids are all right, but society isn't."--Andrew Leonard, Salon What is new about how teenagers communicate through services such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram? Do social media affect the quality of teens' lives? In this eye-opening book, youth culture and technology expert danah boyd uncovers some of the major myths regarding teens' use of social media. She explores tropes about identity, privacy, safety, danger, and bullying. Ultimately, boyd argues that society fails young people when paternalism and protectionism hinder teenagers' ability to become informed, thoughtful, and engaged citizens through their online interactions. Yet despite an environment of rampant fear-mongering, boyd finds that teens often find ways to engage and to develop a sense of identity. Boyd's conclusions are essential reading not only for parents, teachers, and others who work with teens but also for anyone interested in the impact of emerging technologies on society, culture, and commerce in years to come. Offering insights gleaned from more than a decade of original fieldwork interviewing teenagers across the United States, boyd concludes reassuringly that the kids are all right. At the same time, she acknowledges that coming to terms with life in a networked era is not easy or obvious. In a technologically mediated world, life is bound to be complicated.Binding Type: Paperback

Great Quality Compared to Luxury Brands
Size: Size 3 (120 Count), Color: Just Peachy + Flower Power
We've been using Honest diapers for a few months now. We love the structure and design of the diapers - they feel like great quality for the price, especially when comparing to other more luxury diapers on the market. My daughter LOVES the designs, also, so that's a huge plus.
So far we haven't had any blow outs... fingers crossed it stays that way! She's able to sleep in them all night without needing a change (usually 11-11.5 hours) and the diaper stays intact with no leaking, etc. They aren't super thick so it makes it easy to put her in cute outfits. My girl is petite, so I do feel like the diaper is really high up her back but that doesn't seem to bother her any.
Overall, as long as she's happy and we're all sleeping well, I'm happy!

It leaves your skin SILKY SMOOTH!!!!
Scent: Original, Size: 18 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
**I was NOT COMPENSATED IN ANY WAY FOR MY REVIEW!!! This is TOTALLY my experience with this product!❤️
THIS STUFF REALLY WORKS! I was hesitant to buy it at first, but the salon I use Palm Beach Tan was running a sale & I thought "Why not give it a try?" Not only did it enhance & extend my tan, it made my dry skin feel nurshished & silky smooth, especially my legs from the knees down! Up until I started using THIS, NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE LOTION MIGHT BE, I would wake up in the morning with dry skin! UGH!!!
NOT ANYMORE AFTER USING THIS! THIS LOTION, WHETHER TANNING OR NOT IS NOW MY ONLY GO TO LOTION!
It doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky or "weighted" down at all! It absorbs quickly, living my skin feeling like young, youthful, silky smooth skin!
You absolutely CANNOT go wrong with this lotion or any of the other Hempz Line lotions! If you want soft, silky skin without that normal icky lotion feeling, YOU GOTTA TRY THIS! 😊
