Seki Munekage Petty Knife

A petty knife is ideal for peeling fruit and prepping small ingredients, and the dimpled style also helps ingredients release more easily.

This knife is double-beveled and made of stainless steel, so it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. The holes help reduce sticking, making it a smooth, practical cutter for small items.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features engravings “登録” (Registered) and “関宗景作” (Seki Munekage-made).

A dimpled petty is surprisingly useful for sticky items like potatoes or fruit—less drag, cleaner release, and quicker repetitive prep.

Funny and not too harsh
Format: Hardcover
This is a funny little book that even most religious people should be able to enjoy. It doesn't go too far in poking fun. A highlight is the peek inside Flanders' head where one can inspect the varioius compartments of his mind. --Guy P.
