The artwork was created by OLM Studio, the legendary Japanese animation studio responsible for the Pokémon animated series. This particular scene appears at approximately 5:19 in Season 6, Episode 36. The sheet features Ash Ketchum, Pikachu, and Max.
This drawing is a genuine layout correction sheet, used by animators to revise and refine an earlier stage of the animation process.
