Der 2019er stammt aus einem ausgezeichneten Jahrgang in Montalcino — konzentriert, aber nicht ueberreif. Laengerer Ausbau im grossen Holzfass als der Standard-Brunello, spaetere Fuellung, strengere Selektion. Biodynamisch bewirtschaftet wie das gesamte Gut.

Tiefes Granatrot, mit einem komplexen Bouquet von Doerrpflaume, Tabak, Zedernholz, Leder und einem Hauch Schokolade. Am Gaumen dicht und vielschichtig, mit reifen, engmaschigen Tanninen und einem langen, mineralisch-erdigen Abgang.
