Francesco Leanzas Sangiovese-Trester aus dem grossen 2016er Jahrgang bilden die Basis fuer ein Destillat von bemerkenswerter Aromatik.

Die Qualitaet der Trester spiegelt die Qualitaet des Weins wider: biodynamisch bewirtschaftet, sorgfaeltig vinifiziert, aus einem der besten Brunello-Jahrgaenge der letzten Dekade. Die Destillation erfolgt handwerklich in kleinen Chargen, ohne Holzfassausbau.

Klar und farblos im Glas, mit einem intensiven Bouquet von Traubenschale, Kirschkern, einem Hauch Mandel und feiner Kraeuterwuerze. The sub ink transfers to this paper with vibrant colors before pressing. I like the ASub print on the back to help me load the paper correctly in my printer. The ink does not bleed through the paper. I like that this paper comes in a plastic bag and in a box. This is helpful to keep the moisture out of the paper. The paper is durable as I try to manipulate on my substrate.
