In this case you will need to send us proof of damaged photo to our email. We will only refund per damaged plate and not the complete set. We do NOT ship replacement plates. However, you can select Route at checkout and have damage insurance. In the case of a damaged place, route will send you a whole new set. This option is only available if you purchase Route at checkout.
