Notre eco-filament rPETG est fabriqué ici, au Canada. Le plastique utilisé pour nos filaments provient de matières issues de déchets de plastique recyclé, tel que des bouteilles et des emballages de plastique (PET type 1). Chaque Bobine représentant l’équivalent d’un peu plus de 28 bouteilles d’eau. Ce plastique récupéré est réutilisé après un traitement afin de créer un rPETG pur et sans défaut.

Le rPETG est un plastique, qui a des propriétés très similaires au PETG traditionnel. Il résiste donc aux chocs en se déformant, très légèrement afin de les absorber. Il a aussi de très bonnes propriétés mécanique (voir fiche technique). Cela, nous permets de l’utiliser pour imprimer des objets tels mécanismes et engrenages. Un excellent avantage, pour tous vos projets de robotiques et de pièces fonctionnelles, par exemple.
De plus résistant à la chaleur et ne propageant pas la flamme. Il peut donc être utilisé pour la conception de boitier électronique et pour vos projets électriques.

Ayant des propriétés esthétiques plus qu’acceptable, il peut toutefois être traite avec de la peinture et/ou des vernis.

Au niveau de l’impression notre rPETG s’imprime beaucoup plus aisément que du PET traditionnel. Effectivement les températures de fusion et d’impression sont très légèrement plus basse que du PET normal.

 Tolérance en diamètre : +/- 0.03 mm

 Température d’impression : 220-240°c

 Chauffage plateau : 80-90°c

 Vitesse d’impression : 30-70 mm/s
