The mesh side pocket keeps a water bottle within reach while multiple interior slip pockets provides ample organization for small accessories. It does stain and it is very streaky and it does stink after wearing it a while so the smell is rather yucky and they advertise that it is not. I had streaks everywhere and unevenness so I ended up ordering a glove to apply it with hoping that will do a better job. I have not tried it yet but am probably going to return one of the 2 bottles I received and hope for a partial refund.
