With its high whitening power, it can lighten hair from 7 to 9 tones. The exclusive Dust Free formula ensures perfectly uniform results without raising dust.

Preparation: To prepare the Bleaching Powder Illuminates, mix one measure of bleaching powder with two measures of oxidizing cream in a non-metallic container until you get a homogeneous cream. The amount of Hydrogen Peroxide and the Volume may vary according to the professional technique to be used.

How to Use: Apply the mixture with a brush, strand by strand, on dry and unwashed hair according to the technique to be used. Control the time of action of the product checking the degree of lightening, until reaching the desired result. The action time should not exceed 55 min.
