Sister stones, cut from the same robin's egg blue turquoise with chestnut matrix dancing across are held in fine silver bezels. It is not often I run across sister stones in these shapes and sizes, so I let the stones hold court in a pared down design which captivates in its clean lines. I hand filed the silver frame in long strokes, working intuitively

It is not often I run across sister stones in these shapes and sizes, so I let the stones hold court in a pared-down design which captivates in its clean lines. I hand-filed the silver frame in long strokes, working intuitively until I had this elegant form.
A deep grey patina with a butter soft finish was created in layers of texturing using several techniques. Sterling orbs catch the light in contrast to the deep richness of the surface, adding dimension.
A triple split shank band holds this piece of art on your hand.
