Malibu Boats Replacement Keyless Gas Cap OnlyMalibu Boats keyless replacement stainless steel keyless gas cap. Fits on Malibu's 2000 2013 equipped with a keyless stainless steel gas cap excluding some Malibu Sportster's. In 2005 Malibu did use a different vendor, parts look identical but the fuel neck is different which does not allow the gas cap to seat all the way down. Malibu Gas Cap Measurements:
- Cap includes new solid wire chain & cap O-ring
- Diameter: 3 1/2" inches
- Threaded diameter: 1 3/4" inches
- OD threaded: 1 13/16" inches
- PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to lubricate the o-ring with dielectric grease prior to installation to avoid damaging the o-ring.
