Directions for use:

1. Open the bag by releasing the velcro strap at the top.
2. Pull only the bright orange handle out of the bag, leaving the remaining rope in the bag (double check for any tangles or knots in the rope before use).
3. Hold the handle firmly in one hand and with the other hand, swing and throw the safety line and bag towards the person to be rescued. The line should unravel and the bag should reach the person easily with a 20m radius. For best results, aim further out pass the person to allow the wind, waves and motion to drift the bag towards them.
4. Once the rescued person has a firm hold of the safety line bag, pull them in carefully via the line.
5. After use, rinse with fresh water and allow to completely dry out of the sun.
6. Once line is dry, carefully pack line and handle back into the bag, ensuring it is not tangled and will easily unravel for next use.
