Sublingual works well for melatonin!

Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. Itβs great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
