Cool-climate purity and Tasmanian precision shape this expressive Pinot Noir from the north-west coast of the island. The 2024 Barringwood Estate Pinot Noir is grown in the coastal foothills near Devonport, where maritime breezes and long daylight hours allow slow, even ripening. Carefully selected parcels are fermented with gentle extraction to preserve aromatics and natural brightness. A portion of whole bunches contributes structure and lifted perfume while maturation in French oak barriques adds subtle complexity without dominating the fruit.

The wine shows clarity and elegance rather than weight, reflecting both site and variety. In the glass it presents a bright ruby hue and a delicate aromatic profile that builds gradually. Red berry fruit is supported by fine acidity and soft, powdery tannins, giving approachability in youth. The 2024 vintage emphasises freshness and vibrancy while retaining varietal depth. It is a versatile table wine suited to roasted poultry, salmon, charcuterie and mushroom dishes.

AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
