Hybrid Cooking Performance

Supplied as a gas oven (LPG with the option to convert to natural gas), this model can be easily transformed into a wood-fired oven using the Alfa Hybrid Kit. This gives you the freedom to choose between the convenience and control of gas or the flavour and experience of cooking over a real wood fire, depending on how you want to cook.

Fast Heat-Up and 90-Second Pizza

Reaching temperatures of up to 500°C in around 30 minutes, the Alfa Classico 4 Pizze Hybrid Gas and Wood Outdoor Pizza Ovencan cook authentic 30cm pizzas in as little as 90 seconds. The HeatKeeper™ firebrick cooking floor retains heat efficiently to deliver crisp bases and consistent results.

Premium Alfa Construction

Made from stainless steel, iron sheet and ceramic fibre insulation, the oven is built to heat quickly and maintain stable temperatures. It’s well suited to pizza, roasting, baking and a wide variety of outdoor dishes.
