Here, organic Grolleau grapes were purchased from a grower in the Loire, undergoing a week of carbonic maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Bottled with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. The result is a delightful light red wine with candied cherry flavours. Bung it in the fridge for ultimate smashability!
