[AuthorBio]Interested in the Third Reich for almost thirty-five years, Jeremy Dixon has written his fourth book, his third on the subject of the Knight's Cross holders. The author from England has been a collector of photographs and postcards of the recipients of the Knight's Cross for a number of years. On leaving school he worked in the retail industry before joining the Metropolitan Police in 2004.
