The cage securely attaches to the base of your camera and includes an additional M2.5 locking point on the side, preventing unwanted twisting during use. This ensures your camera stays firmly in place even when mounting heavier accessories such as microphones, monitors or external recorders.
Its precision-fit design maintains full access to all essential camera controls, ports and battery compartments, so you can shoot without compromise.
Expand Your Rig with Professional Mounting Options
The SmallRig 2310C is equipped with a wide range of mounting points including 1/4”-20, 3/8”-16 and ARRI locating holes, giving you complete freedom to build your ideal setup.
This allows you to attach accessories such as:
- Cold shoe mounts (SmallRig 2260 / 2044) for microphones and LED lights
- External monitors and EVF systems

Importantly, the cold shoe placement is designed to avoid obstructing the Sony A6400 flip screen, making it especially useful for vloggers and solo shooters.
