Come usarlo:
Pollo intero: 15–20 g/kg → massaggia uniformemente sotto la pelle e sulla superficie. Cosce e alette: 12–15 g/kg → ottimo per pelle croccante in forno o griglia. Spiedini/Yakitori: 8–10 g per spiedino da 200 g → lascia riposare 15–30 min prima della cottura.

Suggerimento extra: Per aroma più intenso, lascia il rub 1–2 h in frigorifero prima della cottura.
