The Schneider Electric A9L8F492 is a genuine replacement cartridge designed for use with Acti9 iPRD F40r 1P+N and 3P+N surge protective devices. It provides reliable differential mode protection between live and neutral (L-N), safeguarding electrical installations against transient overvoltages caused by lightning strikes or switching events.
This Type 2+3 surge arrester cartridge incorporates an integrated, surge-adapted backup fuse and uses MOV technology to deliver fast, effective protection. A clear front-facing visual indicator shows operational status, with a green flag when functioning correctly and a red flag when replacement is required.
