🚚 送貨及自取須知

• 支援送貨（九龍、新界、港島各區，偏遠區另行報價），星期日及公眾假期不設送貨
• 送貨及收樽時間均限辦公時間內（上午或下午，不指定時間）
• 送貨地點限升降機可達之地點，不搞上落樓梯
• 租用裝氦氣需於 5 天前預定（以入帳後起計）

📝 客戶需知及免責條款

1. 氣樽如有遗失，將直接從按金 $2,000 中扣除。
2. 按金會於退還氣樽後 30 天內退還（請提供退票銀行帳戶及帳號）。
3. 租用的充氣嘴如有遗失，以 $850 / 個計算。
4. 所有貨品一經下單及付款確認將不能取消，除按金外所有款項將不得退還。
5. 如因使用不當或送貨地點時間問題延誤而導致客戶的任何損失，本公司概不負責任。

• Gas Properties: Safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, lighter than air — suitable for indoor & outdoor use

🚚 Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery available across Kowloon, New Territories & Hong Kong Island (surcharge for remote areas). No delivery on Sundays & public holidays.
• Delivery/collection within office hours only (AM or PM slot, no specific time guaranteed).
• Lift-accessible locations only — no staircase delivery.
• Rental tanks must be booked at least 5 days in advance (from payment confirmation).

📝 Terms & Conditions

1. Lost tanks will be deducted from the HK$2,000 security deposit.
2. Deposit refunded within 30 days of tank return (bank account details required).
3. Lost inflation nozzle charged at HK$850 each.
4. All orders are non-cancellable once payment is confirmed. Deposit is refundable; all other payments are non-refundable.
5. Party Kingdom is not liable for any losses caused by misuse or delivery delays.
