  3. Off-white color items may require inner as 20% see-through. NO FITTING AS ITEMS IS ONLINE PREORDER.

  5. Own custom measurements is customers own responsibility, we are not responsible for any fault in customers provided measurements. Please confirm your details and measurements. Changing details or measurements after confirmation may incur additional charges.

Basic Alterations (Cut basic skirt length, adjust dart top & waist top) will be charge RM50. Major Alterations (Adjust most parts of outfit such as shoulder, top arm, armhole, waist skirt, etc) will be charge RM250. As outfit is preorder based on specific size requested by customers & non-exchangeable, the process of major alteration is similar in tailoring of 1 outfit which includes unpick the overlock stitches, cutting into correct size, overlock again and sewing back the outfit.
  7. No urgent alteration and alteration takes 14 working days depending production slot, que orders and situation. Customers is advise to double check size before confirm to proceed preorder.

I have had 5 pairs of these. They are the best ear buds I’ve tried. They outlasted my expensive Beats Pro which are exactly alike but $150. The battery life on them is much better. The sound quality is comparable. I use them for calls at home and work, audiobooks and music when I’m doing things at home. Range is decent enough. Super easy to pair, though they don’t come with instructions. You can find them online though. The only issue I’ve ever had was with one pair I opened, there was only one ear bud inside. I had bought them on sale months prior so I couldn’t return them. The only reason I have so many pairs is because I keep one pair in my work bag and one I use at home, and I have lost a couple of them so had to replace. They last forever. The original ones I bought in 2023 still work great! I lost one at the nail salon, but the other I still have and will occasionally wear it at home while cleaning, and still works like new. They stay on and don’t hurt my ears. I’ve recommend them to many people. I try to get them when they are on sale, and then it’s a great value for the price. I just bought another pair as a backup to store away, and notice they are $2 more than the sale price I usually get. Still worth it. Get them!
