Flange mounts flush with gunnel. When tube is removed, gunnel is unobstructed. Unit has three positions, straight up Running, angled out Trolling and straight back for Bridge Clearing. Originally designed by Lee's in the 50's and copied by nearly all our competition. However, no one rivals our durability, fit & finish. Chrome on Brass construction.
