The concept is straightforward. Keep the signal path quiet and predictable, add UA’s switchable Vintage mic mode for 610 style color when wanted, and give creators enough outputs to route monitors, cue mixes, or external processors without re patching.
I/O is arranged to stay out of the way while you work. Inputs 1 and 2 are XLR combo preamps with 48 V phantom power for condensers and Hi Z sensitivity for direct guitar or bass. Inputs 3 and 4 are dedicated balanced line inputs, handy for synths, drum machines, or the stereo out of a small mixer. Four balanced line outputs cover main monitors on 1 2 and an additional pair on 3 4 for alternate speakers, hardware sends, or reamping chains. A front panel headphone jack with its own level control handles tracking and late-night edits without waking the neighbors. MIDI In and Out support controllers and external sound modules without an extra USB dongle.
Monitoring is deliberately simple. Input direct monitoring lets you record with near zero latency while still hearing the DAW return, so singers and podcasters stay comfortable. Big, grabbable knobs control monitor and phones levels, and per channel gain knobs with clear metering keep headroom where it belongs. The chassis is metal with wooden side panels, small enough for a crowded desk but sturdy enough for a backpack.

Vintage mode adds a tasteful harmonic lift for voice, acoustic instruments, or DI bass, while the default clean path stays transparent for detailed sources and heavy plug in chains.
