Constructed from our new SolarShield+ grid‑textured jersey fabric, it absorbs and reflects UV rays to deliver UPF50+ sun protection, blocking 98% of UVA and UVB rays, independently accredited by the British Skin Foundation. It also helps guard skin against insect bites, making it the perfect technical base layer – or rash vest – for outdoor adventures.

I was just hoping to carry one less cleaning product but this eliminated 2 so I count that as a win.
