This Concert-sized acoustic starts with a striking black satin body made of high-pressure laminate – an incredibly durable and musical material that has its own unique sense of tone. Bringing forth great Martin sound in an alternative form makes this guitar already a call for attention. A scalloped X-Brace pattern lines the inside of this high-pressure laminate for a voice with great projection.
The sounds available from this acoustic are only enhanced by a suite of fine specifications. These include a birch laminate neck with a Richlite fingerboard that frets and plays with ease. Twenty frets line the board and give easy access across the 24.9” scale length. Chrome closed tuning machines make for easy stringing while a Richlite bridge with a Black Tusq nut ground strings at the opposite end of the guitar for a fully solid and sturdy sense of intonation.
