🔩 Spring Pull Pin (Pop Pin) for Gym Equipment

  • Primary Function: Its main purpose is to adjust and secure moving parts on strength training machines and benches. It allows the user to quickly and safely change the position of a component, such as:

    • The height of the seat or back pad on a bench.

    • The position of a leg developer attachment.

    • The height of the safety spotters or J-cups on a squat rack or power cage.

    • The weight-stack selector on some older or simpler weight machines (less common than a magnetic pin).

  • Mechanism (as seen in the image):

    • Orange Head/Knob: This is the part the user grips to pull the pin out of the frame/tube. The large, comfortable knob makes it easy to grab and operate.

    • Shaft/Pin: The cylindrical metal piece that inserts into the pre-drilled holes in the equipment frame to lock the component in place.

    • Spring: The coiled wire spring provides the "pop" action. When the user pulls the knob, the pin is retracted. When the user releases the knob, the spring forces the pin back into the nearest alignment hole, ensuring it locks securely.

    • Locking Ball/Catch (often internal): Sometimes, there's a small ball or mechanism on the tip that helps keep the pin fully engaged or provides a more secure lock.

  • Key Features:

    • Quick Adjustment: Allows for fast and easy changes between exercises or different user heights.

    • Safety: Ensures that the adjustable component is held firmly in place during use, preventing slippage that could lead to injury.

    • Durability: Typically made from stainless steel and durable plastics or aluminum for the knob, designed to withstand frequent use and heavy loads.

In summary, the Spring Pull Pin is a small but vital safety and convenience mechanism that facilitates quick and secure adjustments on adjustable gym equipment.

That ending 😫
Format: Kindle
I fell into a false sense of security and really thought this was gearing towards a happy ending. Then I realized there’s no work they don’t punish Andrew. I really liked Vale’s character. I don’t normally read books with pregnancy but going into this knowing she was pregnant made it more enjoyable for me. I loved Bishops devotion to her and her happiness. I also loved that Holt and Mercy couldn’t fight their attraction to her. I love scent matches so very much. I’m so curious to see how this duet will end up. And I need to pay more attention and notice that a book I’m starting is a duet to begin with lol

oh wow
Format: Kindle
I just knew there was something about Cooper! I’m wondering if he’s about to be included but damn I’m glad he’s at least not a rapist and creepy guy, he just got called on assignment and had to go! This should be interesting! She’s gonna run and then what’s his face is gonna grab her. I’m worried! Wow that was a great book and cliffhanger! Loving this!

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
