Heavy duty ball joints are included as well as new crush sleeves and polyurethane bushings. The Cognito Ball Joint SM Series Upper Control Arms provide ample droop travel that is required for optimal ride quality and all suspension components to last and work properly. Cognito Torsion Bar Keys allows for increased front ride height. I bought this and was able to change this myself. It was simple. I got this for my 2016 Honda Civic, I don't think I ever replaced the filter in my car in the 5 years that I had it. It had a distinct smell in my car, and once I popped this bad boy in, within a day or two the smell was gone. It did make a sound for a while like I did not do it correctly, but I did, after about a week the sound went away, so everything's good. I will buy this again when the time comes
