The AEM 21-640P Performance Cold Air Intake System produces horsepower and torque gains by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned and dyno-tested to fit specific Mazda MX-5 and MX-5 Miata models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. The air filter is relocated to the inside of the front bumper on the driver's side which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tubing is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum featuring a durable chrome-like finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices including the mass air flow sensor. The tapered cylinder shaped AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media that can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is needed (depending on driving conditions). The air intake is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards while others are 50 state legal. Arrived damaged

Unfortunately, very cheaply made. It arrived with one of the connecting tubes cracked horizontally. Possibly due to bad welding. It is quite a headache to assemble. It was delivered on time but returned for a refund.

Not a great experience but a fine product

not enough screws were included to make the wall. I was able to locate more screws to finish building-so I didn’t have to return the product- but it was a pain and I got lucky finding the pieces I needed

Useful, simple room divider

All the pieces were accounted for, and some even had extra pieces, maybe just in case they need changing. It was a bit like putting together a piece of IKEA furniture, though I went slower than usual so as not to make any mistakes. It wasn’t too hard to put together myself, and helps give my studio apt a feeling of space and privacy for my bed. I only wish it had a lovely Japanese design on it, but it does amazingly seem to match the wall color.
