This Epiphone version of Gibson's classic Les Paul hits us with a simple but iconic lineup of specifications to cut right to the chase. The guitar's iconic, single-cutaway body is shaped from mahogany with a mahogany neck reaching out in an authentic '50s Vintage neck. A solid grip in hand matches with a rosewood fingerboard bearing twenty-two frets and understated pearloid dot inlays for smooth travels up and down the full scale.
For its voice, Epiphone packs in that classic P-90 power with an Epiphone P-90 PRO Dogear pickup in its bridge position. Voiced for punchy, high-output tones, this Dogear P-90 hits all the classic highs that made the Les Paul Junior such an institution. CTS potentiometers land with this electronics setup for close mixing of the lone pickup's tones. A Lightning Bar Compensated Wraparound bridge sits at the base of the scale while a Graph Tech nut and Epiphone Deluxe tuning machines appear at the opposite end. This Epiphone Les Paul Junior travels with an included premium gig bag.
