About the winery:
This Ergo Sum is the result of the collaboration between Giaconda and Michel Chapoutier to develop great wines in Australia. The old vines are grown biodynamically on granite soil and aged eighteen months in French oak barrels. Nobly spicy, it is remarkable for its size.
