Background story:
In 1969, the United States Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) was established with the need for a model that could simulate the flight characteristics of potential opponents. The A-4 "Skyhawk" became an ideal "imaginary enemy" model due to its small turning radius, compact body, good maneuverability, and relatively low cost. It was used for practical training by multiple imaginary enemy squadrons, such as VF-43, VF-45, etc.
Model features:
Rich details of rivets and skin markings, accurate verification. Comes with precision etching film, metal airspeed tube, and cover paper.
Movable components:
including auxiliary fuel tank, internal structure of nose electronic compartment, and can be made into various open states. Independent wings, horizontal and vertical tail fins, control surfaces, flaps, ailerons, leading-edge slats, and speed reducers can all be installed in an optional state. The horizontal tail also includes a linkage mechanism.
Coating selection:
Includes two "imaginary enemy" squadron A-4M late stage coatings, equipped with high-precision water stickers produced by Cartograf.
