The Fender American Performer Spruce Stratocaster joins the Fender Limited Edition American Performer Timber Collection as a striking alternative to the classic Fender tonewood formula. As a collection of intriguing electric guitars, this collection pairs iconic Fender models with new body woods to form the basis for a new American Performer experience.

Starting with the basis for this collection, the American Performer Stratocaster’s iconic double-cutaway body is made of spruce and is outfitted with a fine satin Honey Burst finish. Playing with this specific model’s choice of wood, this Strat feels authentic but distinct from other Stratocasters for a dose of unique feel and resonance. This spruce is matched with a classic maple neck with its own satin finish and a fast Modern “C” profile, perfected for smooth moves across this guitar’s total scale length. A rosewood fingerboard appears on this model with twenty-two Jumbo frets that feel spacious and comfortable for easy fretting and playing. A synthetic bone nut and Fender ClassicGear tuners line the larger-styled Strat headstock for solid intonation and quick stringing.
