The alder body provides a resonant and balanced tonal foundation, delivering clear highs, warm mids, and tight bass response. The maple neck, shaped into a comfortable Modern “C” profile, is finished in satin urethane for a smooth feel and effortless playability. A slab rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5-inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets ensures a modern touch, while rolled edges enhance comfort. Fender ClassicGear tuning machines offer precise adjustments, and the synthetic bone nut contributes to improved sustain and resonance.
A pair of Player Series Alnico 5 single-coil Telecaster pickups delivers the signature bite, twang, and articulation the model is known for. The three-way pickup selector switch allows for a range of tonal variations, from smooth neck pickup warmth to cutting bridge pickup clarity. A six-saddle string-through bridge with block steel saddles enhances tuning stability and intonation while maintaining the classic Tele snap.
