The Artec EPP Preamp boasts a transparent and dynamic response, ensuring that every note you play is delivered with precision and articulation. Its built-in gain boost feature adds a touch of grit and punch when you need that extra edge for solos or riffing.
It takes a 2.5mm input jack from either a piezo or soundhole pickup. The pickup plugs straight in inside the guitar and the amplified signal is produced at the other end straight to the cable (standard 1/4 inch).
Installation is a breeze, making it a perfect upgrade for any guitar enthusiast. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or an aspiring player, the Artec EPP Plus
- Preamp will breathe new life into your instrument, giving you that studio-grade sound on any stage.
- Includes 9v battery and battery holder
- Compatible with the Artec PG-607 Under Saddle and Piezo bridges here and some soundhole pickups
- Requires a 12mm hole drilling in the guitar body for fitting (maximum body thickness 21mm)
- A small hole is also required through the bridge in order to fit the piezo pickup
