Research indicates that bluebirds utilize a slot entry, whereas sparrows gravitate toward a round hole. This brilliant pine unit is responsibly sourced from aged eastern pine for a unique and eco-conscious dwelling, and its 4" long and 1.25" high, rectangular entry caters to the needs of these musical birds. A sizable roof angles downward to guard the inside of the home from rain and other elements easily. An included, 1.5" thick, pine block can be situated within the home to shrink its depth, discouraging sparrows while tailoring this unit even more to the roosting habits of bluebirds. Situated atop the roof is a black, plastic grid to prevent large bits of detritus as well as predatory threats. Great case

Love these pillow cases! FYI: 20" X 26" are PERFECT for supposed "queen size" feather pillows. 20" x 30" ones are too big and allow the feather pillow to flatten out too much. There is a bit of stretch to the cases. The "cool side" of the pillow case IS NOTICEABLY COOLER than the other side. Good zipper.

Hmmmm not really a cooling case

I bought these because like many I get hot at night, right around my neck. While it's soft and satin to the touch, and cool to touch, it doors keep me cool presay. I still get hot, I flip the pillow and because it's cool, I get cooled down. Again doesn't actually keep me cool all night though.

Cool, Comfortable, and Worth Every Penny!

I’m honestly impressed with these pillowcases! From the first night, I could feel the difference—they stay noticeably cool, which is perfect if you tend to sleep hot like I do. The fabric feels silky smooth against the skin without being slippery, and it’s really gentle on both my hair and face.
I’ve also noticed I wake up less sweaty and more comfortable overall. They fit my pillows well and don’t slip off during the night, which is a big plus. After washing, they held up great—no fading, shrinking, or loss of softness.

Extremely cold, silky, gentle on hair

This was so cold when I removed it from the package that at first I thought it would be too cold. It was as if it had been in a freezer. I really like how silky it is on my face. (I can't stand a rough feeling pillowcase.) It is also gentle on my curly hair. The pillowcase can warm up from being slept on, but a shift of just a few inches gets back to wonderful cold. I highly recommend this as an extremely cool, silky smooth fabric. These are much colder than my very expensive miracle sheets.
