-レンシルジャガード裏毛 (マッシブ・中肉感)- 表糸は特引き(オリジナル)レンシル綿 中糸は特引き(オリジナル)のタンギス綿 裏糸は特引き(オリジナル)のタンギス綿 特徴 裏毛のループを自由な柄を出す為に別注で作られた世界に一台しかない機械を使用した生地。
この生地を作るにあたって、しっかりとした肉感がありつつも、COTTONのみでストレッチ感と十分な保温性を体感でき、上品で見た目とは裏腹に着るとフワッと包み込まれるスウェットを目指しました。 COTTONに拘った理由として、直接肌に触れるものですので、通気性、静電気、洗っていく上での洗い上がりや物持ち等、様々な面から考え、また色々な方に着て頂けるものでなければ意味がないと考えております。
ポイント 表糸と裏糸は、糸の種類、番手、撚り方、を全て変えております。
表→目が綺麗(光沢感を持たせ、上品)に見えるようにと物性が良くなる様に糸を撚り合わせ、更にそこから糸に光沢を持たせる加工をしている。
裏の柄が表にひびかないようにしている。 中→基本的に肌触りにあまり影響はないと言われており流れている安い糸を使用するのが普通です。
だた、生地を作っていく工程でそれぞれで試編みをいたしましたが、糸自身のバルキリー性と糸質は生地としての物性と着心地を大きく変える部分でしたので、特引きのオリジ ナル素材を使用しています。
裏→風合いを最大に活かしつつ、何度もジャガードの編み方を変えて、発色の面からと編み方の面の両方からアプローチして作りました。
また、裏のループができるだけ切れないようにする為に糸を表と違う撚り合せをしております。
