Joy-Con Charging Base Use
- I. Tear off the protective film on the inner side of the support rod on the right side of the joy-con charging base (the side with the USB port), and then rotate it 900 upwards according to the logo.
- 2. Align the original N-Switch dock with the USB head on the left side of the joy-con charging base and insert it diagonally into the joy-con charging base.
- 3. After the original N-Switch dock is connected to the joy-con charging base, turn the right support rod of the joy-con charging base (the side with the USB port) downward by 900 and return to the original position.
- 4. After the original dock is powered on, plug the Joy-Con joypad into the interface to charge. (Can be used with the NS Pro joypad charging dock of this brand)
Joy-Con Charging Base Use
- l. Insert the USB head of the NS Pro charging base into the extended USB port of the Joy-Con charging base.
- 2. Insert the NS Pro charging base (removable contact type-C charging head] into the charging port of the N-Switch Pro joypad.
- 3. Put the N-Switch Pro joypad upside down into this NS Pro charging base and it can be used normally.
Indicator status The indicator light of this product is a charging status indicator, which has two states.
• Charging: red light
• Fully charged: green light

Game changer..get one!
My floors had varying levels of dirt (think heavy traffic area vs lighter traffic areas) and the detection system masterfully targeted areas until they were super clean. This is a good value, time saving and elevated my quality of life.

Works great, might have to use distilled water if you have hard water
So far it's great!
It uses a LOT of water on the first clean (and maybe also because of using the 'Freo' ai mode) you can use tap water, but in areas with hard water, you might need to go through a lot of distilled water.
I think on future cleaning jobs it's supposed to use less water though. And you can adjust the cleaning level to a lower setting so that it doesn't use as much.
The app takes a little while to get used to, because there are many options and menus. But still very nice to have and use.
The vacuum has a dust bin with a very basic filter (needs replaced every 30 days if used), but if you want more of 'Hepa' clean air, you would have to use another type of vacuum before mopping.
It also doesn't get close to the edges of some areas for some reason, even thought it could fit.
Still, for what it is, it's a great product that will cut down on a lot of mopping time.

Worth every penny. Highly recommend!
To say I love my Narwal robotic mop and vacuum is an understatement—total game changer. I can’t imagine going back to any other robotic vacuum.
I have two dogs, including a Jack Russell who sheds like Pig-Pen from Peanuts—basically a walking cloud of hair—and this thing handles it effortlessly.
The vacuum + mopping combo is amazing, and it’s so easy to use and maintain. It truly does all the dirty work for me.
I did have a small hiccup about two months in, but Narwal support helped me reset it quickly and it’s been perfect ever since (I definitely panicked for a minute 😅).
Worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Unreliable. Doesn't work.
Has been every unreliable. Misses lots of spots with horrible mapping. Doesn't go some places for some reason. We moved the furniture, tried remapping but nothing works. Randomly goes in circles in the same spot at times. Updated firmware, spoke to support etc. When using vacuum and Mop option, it skips carpets and doesn't go back to do them afterwards. The whole programming is unreliable. Don't BUY. Can't return it past the warranty/return period.
