Il Sale Indiano Viola Kala Namak (chiamato anche Sanchal) è un sale alimentare fossile originario dell'India Centrale. L'aspetto ed il colore sono molto particolari: di consistenza molto morbida e quasi soffice presenta caratteristiche cromatiche che sfumano dal rosa intenso, al viola fino al grigio scuro. Dalla consistenza morbida e vellutata , quasi impalpabile, questo sale si caratterizza per grani finissimi, dall'odore decisamente particolare. Ricorda, infatti, quello dell'uovo per via dello zolfo in esso contenuto che però si stempera molto durante la fase di cottura. Il Sale Kala Namak è un sale di roccia molto utilizzato nella cucina indiana ed è particolarmente indicato per la realizzazione di ricette etniche ma anche nelle fritture, zuppe e persino nelle macedonie di frutta, specialmente se preparate con frutta tropicale. Originalissimo come aperitivo se servito insieme ad una radice fresca di ginger. A basso contenuto di sodio.Origine: India

Thinner than UA other cushioning run socks, but this fit is perfect and doesn't shift in my shoe. I wear a women's 9.5 and determined Large doesn't squeeze my foot like Medium size (too exact). Bonus... avaliable olors beyond black and Grey.

Love these socks!
The wife struggles with socks. She only like the Nike ones, then they discontinued them, so had to start the search again! Found these, they are expensive just like the Nike, but the size is true, they look great, they are super soft and stretchy. They are light weight and breathable and seem to wick away moisture. She loves these!
