How to Use:

Swirl a small amount of loose shadow in the cap with your eyeshadow brush. We suggest the Essential Blender Dual-Ended Eye Brush or the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush. Tap away any excess. Buff onto your eyelids in a sweeping motion.

Wet Application

Spray a small amount of water into the shadow cap, then add a sprinkle of eyeshadow. Swirl the shadow and water together with the larger end of the Dramatic Definer Dual-Ended Eye Brush and buff onto your eyelids.
