The herbs are fermented (extracted into) organic apple cider vinegar for 4 weeks, then combined with equal parts of raw honey.
How to Enjoy: mix 1 tbls with 8 oz of water and enjoy as an enriching drink, add to a mocktail, or put into a salad dressing.
All Organic Ingredients: Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey, Nettle, Oatstraw, Red Raspberry, Red Clover, Horsetail, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Tulsi (Holy Basil), and Lemon Balm.
