This BDS Suspension 6" long arm kit with FOX 2.5 coil-over conversion maximizes capability on your 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD diesel truck with clearance for up to 37" tires. The long arm upgrade uses 1/4" steel frame-mounted brackets and oversized formed upper and lower arms (solid upper, heavy wall tubular lower with greaseable poly bushings) to reduce caster change and improve articulation while retaining factory arm triangulation. Up front it also includes FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, all four control arms plus mounting bracket, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, and sway bar links. The rear uses heavy duty cast steel blocks, longer u-bolts, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

The FOX 2.5 coil-overs include a remote reservoir for added fluid capacity to keep the shocks running cool in rough terrain.

Notes

• Measure the rear axle tube before ordering. Some 4 inch axle models with dual overloads will require u-bolt 4068.
• Although unusual, if driveline vibration occurs, order the appropriate transfer case drop kit: 122602 (03-05 Diesel Auto), 122605 (06-08 Diesel Auto), or 122606 (03-13 Diesel Auto with OE mount P/N 52121938AA), or t-case index kit #122801 (auto) or #122802 (manual). Optional transfer case drop kits fit automatic transmission models only.
• Exhaust modification will be required for the dual rear shock kit 122009 on 6.7L Diesel models.
• If your truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures 1-1/2 inch to 1-5/8 inch, you will need to add part #BDS082404 to your kit.
• Installation requires only minor trimming/drilling to mount to the factory coil mounts.
