Celebrating the 30th anniversary of Jeru The Damaja's classic album "The Sun Rises In The East", RRC Music Co. have created this limited edition 7" vinyl boxset, curated with the artist himself. Released in 1994, this album, produced by DJ Premier, remains a cornerstone of '90s East Coast hip-hop. It introduced Jeru’s sharp lyrical prowess and socially conscious themes, with standout tracks like "Come Clean" and "D. Original" helping to shape the sound of a generation.

This expanded edition features the full original album plus 6 bonus joints, including the legendary Pete Rock remix of "You Can't Stop The Prophet", together with its instrumental. The release is limited to 500 individually numbered copies, pressed on coloured vinyl, and it includes a photo booklet as well as a signed promo photo. The boxset design has been curated by Mr. Krum, and the album has been mastered for vinyl by Davide "Bassi Maestro" Bassi.
