Did you do our Express Training or our First Timers, are considering or have already done the Alumni, and still, you want to continue to challenge yourself and improve on many different skills?

The Advanced training is for you!

In our Advanced training, we created a series of exercises that will be key for you to ride up to Class 5 terrains with ease, comfort, and safety.

We will go over drills such as:

  • Off-Cambers
  • Emergency braking with obstacle avoidance
  • Jumps and how to lift the front wheel to pass obstacles
  • Deep ruts and steps perpendicular to the tracks
  • And more!

While explaining you:

  • The safety envelope this training will give you
  • Clear instructions on what you can train on your own afterward to continue improving
  • The principles behind these advanced maneuvers so you can master them faster

With a clear understanding of these techniques, you will be given a bigger safety net that will accompany you in many adventures to come.

You don't need to be super fit or an athlete to complete our Advanced training successfully, but you are required to have already taken Express Training or have done the First Timers with us. After all, we can't teach you to write complex sentences if you haven't yet learned your ABCs.

As far as tires are concerned, we strongly recommend a 50-50 tire, with no need for serious knobbies.

Our Advanced training values are for two full training days from 09:00 to 16:00 at our Enduro Camp facility in the Alentejo.

The value includes:

  • Two lunches
  • Water, and snacks during the class
  • Experienced and certified Enduro instructor

Our class does NOT include:

  • Sleeping arrangements, although we can recommend a hotel we work with
  • Gasoline
  • Dinner and breakfast, which are possible to have in the hotel as part of their service
  • Bike rentals. We do not rent or arrange bikes for training at this point.
  • Personal accident insurance for the training days

As with all our training, if you have any questions you would like to see answered before booking your training, send us an e-mail and we will be more than happy to help!

Classification:

This training is suited for Class 3, Class 4, and Class 5 types of terrain.

Verify the classes of terrains and rider rating system for more information.

Dates:

As long as the weather allows, we work all year round, and to make it easier, we have one scheduled group class per month.

It is also possible to open a new date on request. Dates on request opened outside our regular calendar dates will always be subject to a higher fee than regular scheduled training, which does not constitute a guarantee or promise of a private class.

Group classes are usually for up to 6 riders. If you have your own group of more than 6, please get in touch.

Check our available dates, and if there are no available dates when you want or need them, get in touch with us.

Languages:

There is nothing worse than having a class to learn something, just to realize you and your instructor cannot understand each other. We know, we have been there, both as instructors and students.

With this in mind, we decided to stick to what we know best, so our classes are hosted in both Portuguese and/or English.

Conditions:

Everything has rules, and our training and tours are no different, so let's go over what you need to know to attend this training.

You will need:

  • At least a 50-50 tire, designated as such by its respective manufacturer (recommend)
  • An integral helmet that is not modular
  • Protective gloves
  • A suit or assorted protective gear capable of protecting your back, upper and lower limbs
  • A mid-calf or full-calf boot, preferably, off-road biased

If you have any doubts about the gear or tires, let us know before you sign up for the class, as our instructors and guides have the right to refuse your participation in any of our activities, without reimbursement, if you do not present yourself with the minimum required safety gear.

As far as gas is concerned, it is important that you know that our Enduro Camp is 15 minutes away from the closest gas station and that we do not store extra gasoline on the camp.

This means that it is your responsibility to arrive with a full tank, or enough for at least 100kms (60miles) before the start of any activity.

The minimum quantity of fuel may vary depending on the activity, but it will always be disclosed to you beforehand.

Even though we are always flexible, due to the distance of the gas station, and out of respect for the instructors and the remaining participants, we generally cannot delay the start of any activity due to any participant's lack of fuel, the same way that there is no guarantee that any staff member will be available to escort you to the fuel station.

So get your bike fueled up, get your gear on, and come enjoy this incredible training!

BN will not be liable for any hotel or other expenses resulting from such a cancellation.

Cancellation by the Participant If cancellation is received more than 10 days before the training: the participant must pay a cancellation fee of €10.

If cancellation is received between 10 and 3 days before the training: the participant must pay 50% of the total training fee as a cancellation fee.

If cancellation is received less than 3 days before the training: no refund will be issued, and the participant must pay the full amount of the training.

Rescheduling and Validity Clients who cancel the training before any cancellation fee is applied are entitled to one single rescheduling, provided the new date is booked within 6 months from the original training date.

Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that participants subscribe to travel insurance that covers the costs of a possible cancellation of any training.

High quality solid wood rest
Size: 14.4"L x 3.15"W x 0.78"H, Color: Black Walnut
This wrist rest is nicely finished and was well packed in high-density foam as well as a cardboard box that was wrapped very tightly in thick plastic. It's sanded very, very smooth and is made of beautiful solid walnut, with nonskid pads on the back. The branding is on the side that touches the keyboard, so it is not visible or obtrusive at all. My keyboard is 15.5 inches long, and the 14.4 inch rest looks great up against it. The 0.78" thickness is also very suitable for the thickness of my keyboard. The product gets 5 stars because it is accurately represented and this is entirely down to personal preference, but something about this rest that I don't love is the degree of incline. I have my keyboard up on the kickstands, and the wrist rest that I already owned slopes pretty dramatically starting from the middle, so it follows the angle of the keyboard. The ZQL wrist rest is about 75% flat and then has a small slope that rounds off on the bottom edge. Again, this is very much a personal thing; I just brought it up because it's something that people might not think too much about until they actually use it. I think this rest would be great for anyone with very large hands, or with a flat keyboard. It's taking a little getting used to for me, but I really enjoy the smoothness and obvious quality of the wood. A wrist rest is an ergonomic must when it comes to thicker keyboards.

Nice. I like that the wood feels cool to the touch
Size: 14.4"L x 3.15"W x 0.78"H, Color: Black Walnut, Size: 14.4"L x 3.15"W x 0.78"H, Color: Black Walnut
A nice little wooden wrist rest. I would suggest not using it as a wrist rest, but use it more as a palm rest, because if you are having pain, putting more pressure on those wrist tendons is not gonna help. Quality of the item is good. My biggest worry about wooden wrist rests is that they'll not be sanded well, or not smooth, and you'll get a sliver or catch your skin on a piece. Second biggest worry is that they will be slippery, and slide around the desk, or just be covered with a coating or finish that is sticky for human skin. I'm happy to say, that this didn't have those issues. Mine is smooth, and made of dense wood. It doesn't feel cheap and made with hollow wood. There are no burs or slivers. It's not lacquered or sticky for your hands. It doesn't stain my hands when in use. And it has rubber feet to help grip, so it doesn't slide around. One benefit to having a wood wrist rest, is that it stays "cool" to the touch longer than cloth or gel pads. But, at the same time, one heated, it takes longer to cool back down. I've found that I quite like the cool sensation that is unique to wood. I'm happy with it and the overall quality.

Great looking wrist rest but lacks strong grip
The walnut wood looks and feels great and gives my desk setup a more premium look. The dimensions are as described on the product page. I have no doubt this wrist rest will last a long time given how solid and well made it is. The only downside is that it tends to move around a bit more than my old silicon wrist rest. The grip on the bottom isn’t as strong so I find myself readjusting it occasionally when gaming. Overall, recommended.

Very classy looking! Perfect height and length for TKL keyboards!
This wrist rest is the perfect height and length for my TKL keyboards! The wood is soft and smooth. It looks VERY classy compared to some of the wrist rests I've used in the past. The non-slip pads work great too. The only thing I could find that was wrong is that the logo is upside down. It's not visible though because it's the edge that meets the keyboard so it's never seen. I find it endearing actually! Everything else is perfect, so I'd definitely recommend!

Classy look, but finish issue
This walnut wrist rest looks great on the desk—simple, solid, and much nicer than foam or gel options. It has a clean, polished style that pairs well with a keyboard, and the non-slip base keeps it from sliding around. I wasn’t sure how I would like it compared to the soft cushy pad I used before, but it’s actually been pretty comfortable. The firmness gives steady support, and I haven’t found it too uncomfortable even after longer typing sessions. The one drawback is a spot where the finish has worn or dissolved. It wasn’t there when I first got it, so I suspect the coating isn’t as durable as I’d hoped. It doesn’t affect how it feels in use, but it does stand out on an otherwise sharp-looking piece. Overall, it’s a nice upgrade if you want a wooden wrist rest, just be aware the finish might not stay flawless over time.
