Medium ruby red with vibrant crimson hues and excellent clarity, displaying the characteristic colour profile of cool-climate Gippsland Pinot Noir. The wine's translucent edges and bright core reflect its youthful energy and careful winemaking, whilst the depth of colour suggests concentrated fruit and fine structure.
Aroma
The bouquet opens with enticing aromas of dark cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by subtle notes of forest floor, dried herbs and a hint of spice.
