SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
- Only fill this product with butane gas. Only fill the tank in a well-ventilated area.
- Do not store the blow torch above 40 degrees centigrade.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Use away from the body and flammable substances.
- The flame is nearly invisible in bright light.
- Make sure the Flame Adjustable Knob is turned off when not in use.
- Do not touch the flame guard while in use or soon after as the appliance will still be hot.
- Only use this in well-ventilated areas.
- Butane gas is extremely flammable, handle with care.
- Make sure this product is cool before storing it.
- This product can be run for 30 minutes when full of gas.
How to operate the blow torch:
- To fill the gas tank, make sure the appliance is off. Turn the torch upside down and firmly push the butane can into the filling valve. The tank should be filled in around 10 seconds. Please allow a few minutes after filling and before use for the gas to settle.
- To ignite the torch, rotate the Flame Adjustable Knob counterclockwise. Press the Child Safety Lock and then press the Trigger, flame starts. Keep pressing the Trigger, loosen the Child Safety Lock, the flame keeps burning.
- To adjust the length of the flame, turn Flame Adjustable Knob with plus and minus signs as needed.
- To switch off the flame, press the Child Safety Lock, resetting its state. And rotate the Flame Adjustable Knob clockwise to the end.

Works like a charm

My gastroenterologist told me to take Benefiber, specifically, every day. I looked at a bunch of different kinds within the brand, and settled on this one because it seemed to have fewer ingredients I didn’t want. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they actually taste like candy my kids liked when they were younger.
Yes, they are gummy and stick together a bit, just like any other gummy product, but I had no problems getting them out of their container nor eating them, unlike some reviewers. I keep them in a cupboard in a spot where it’s always an average temp.
You can chew these or just let them dissolve in your mouth, something I do most often. I take them one by one after a meal, letting them slowly melt as I do other things before brushing my teeth.
The best thing? They actually work. You should definitely start small and slowly increase to what is prescribed to you. It makes the process easier and more pleasant. My digestion seems to be better, and I no longer have constipation, just normal, average, healthy stool. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.

Tastes great and works well!

I've tried a number of different competing products in this space and found these to be the right combination of tastes good and works well. I do recommend!
If they stick together in the container the probably got hot somewhere along the way to your house. Try freezing them and tapping the container ona counter. Should help break them apart.
